You will

• Design carefully crafted campaigns for our social channels, primarily Instagram
• Generate leads via Social Media and hand them over to the Sales team
• Research and optimize hashtag usage

You have

• 1-2 years of experience in SMM (Attach links to your work or have them on your LinkedIn profile/resume)
• Strong hashtag research skills
• Planned and executed campaigns from scratch
• Have a basic understanding of how social media algorithms work

You will

• Write SEO optimized content for our events and informational pieces
• Convery information in the shortest words and in the simplest language

You have

• 1-2 years of experience as a SEO content specicialist (Attach links to your work or have them on your LinkedIn profile/resume)
• Strong keyword research skills
• Planned content strategy from scratch
• Have a basic understanding of how search engines work

You will

• Candidate must be responsible for solving customer queries regarding Camping over call, WhatsApp and/or mail
• Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries
• Whether chat agents are contacted by mail or WhatsApp chat, they must make a continual effort to respond to customers as quickly as possible
• Once they receive a message from a customer, they must listen carefully to the customer's question or concern before the following protocol in order to resolve the issue or answer the question
• Manage large influx of incoming chats
• Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  

You have

• Experience in Call/Chat/Email customer engagement at Contact Center preferred
  
• Most importantly have local language knowledge (for example: Marathi, Hindi & English)
• Should have basic computer skills
• Self-motivated & is Open to work in any shift & extended hours
• Should have good Oral and written communication
• An effective communicator, probably fluid with what he/she is speaking
